EMAIL ADDRESSES - In order for the HOA to effectively communicate with residents WE NEED YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. Enter your address by accessing our community website (www.villageatalumcreek.org), click on the more . . . tab and then Mailing List, and enter your email address. We ONLY share your email address with the Management Company. And we ONLY email HOA related information. thanks. Selling your home? If the Title Company or Buyer's agent needs HOA documents (by-laws, deed restrictions, etc.) and a statement showing your current balance with the HOA, have them go to www.homewisedocs.com, enter the neighborhood as "The Village At Alum Creek" and then your address. From there they can submit the request for this information. This is normally done by the Title company or the buyer's agent, not the existing homeowner. There is a fee for this service. Most were set up to promote a business rather than to discuss the neighborhood's business. The link here was specifically set up for HOA business and should be used to communicate with the Board and to inform neighbors of concerns about our neighborhood. 2020 VAC HOA Dues If you have not received an invoice, contact Stacey Menefee at VGL ([email protected]). The process for making payment is the same as 2019. Dues must be paid in full by April 15th or fines ($25 per month) begin being assessed. The HOA does not generally accept periodic payments, even though the instructions include steps to make them. If you need to make periodic payments please contact Stacey Menefee at VGL to make arrangements. If you do not have prior authorization you will be subjected to the monthly late fee. For online Payments - See Documents & Forms page for details To mail a check - See address at bottom of this page Exterior Home Improvement/Maintenance If you're planning ANY exterior project, even if you are replacing an existing structure, driveway, or sidewalk, you are required to submit an Application for Exterior Alteration/ Modification and obtain approval 30 days prior to the start of the work. You can find the application under Documents/Forms. HOA approval does not eliminate the need to obtain permits from Delaware county or other governing bodies. Block Watch Program - See something? If you see something suspicious taking place in the neighborhood, call the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office at 740-833-2800 and report what you are observing. Even if you are unsure if the observed suspicious behavior is a crime or not. Orange Township Noise Ordinance - Please refer to the Noise Ordinance under the Policy heading for information regarding noise in our neighborhood. If you have a complaint regarding noise, please contact the Sheriff's office at 740-833-2800. They enforce the ordinance.
