THIN ICE! All four ponds in the village now have aerators installed. These run 24/7 and promote pond/fish health. However, they prevent the water from freezing sufficiently for ice skating. PLEASE warn your children NOT to attempt to ice skate on the ponds, even if it appears there is ice on them. Thank you.

Orange Township to repave Parklawn Dr - in two phases: 2020 and 2021
Invoices for the 2019 VAC HOA Dues were mailed. If you have not received an invoice, contact Stacey Menefee at VGL (firstname.lastname@example.org).
The process for making payment is the same as 2018. Dues need to be paid in full by April 15th or monthly fines will begin being assessed.
The HOA does not accept periodic payments, even though the instructions include steps to make them, unless you have discussed a varying payment arrangements with VGL.

Exterior Home Improvement/Maintenance If you're planning ANY exterior project, even if you are replacing an existing structure, driveway, or sidewalk, you are required to submit an Application for Exterior Alteration/ Modification and obtain approval 30 days prior to the start of the work. You can find the application under Documents/Forms.
HOA approval does not eliminate the need to obtain permits from Delaware county or other governing bodies.

If you see something suspicious taking place in the neighborhood, please call the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office at 740-833-2800 and report what you are observing. Please call even if you are unsure if the observed suspicious behavior is a crime or not.
